Cash converting is a method of turning your trade pounds into
cash. Simplified, you buy products / services with trade pounds
and then sell to staff, family, friends or business associates
for cash.
To cash convert you need to consider:

you know (staff, family, friends and business associates?)

what
you know (renovating houses, restoring cars etc?)
for example:

|
go to
dinner with your friends at a Bartercard restaurant. Settle the
final bill in Bartercard and collect cash off your friends as
payment
|
|
|
one of
your staff may need mechanical repairs done on their car. Offer
to pay for this on Bartercard now and garnish their wages in
cash over a period of time |
